In 2017, Dr. Rahul Mehan started East Valley Urology Center (EVU) with a simple but bold idea: build something better. Not a volume mill. Not corporate medicine. But a true place of healing—where physicians could spend time with patients, embrace innovation, and deliver world-class care the right way.
That vision has come to life with a team of nine incredible urologists and four thriving offices across Mesa, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, and Globe. Today, EVU is recognized as one of the premier urology practices in the Southwest.
Renowned nationally for his expertise in minimally invasive surgery and for embracing new technology to treat prostate cancer and BPH, Dr. Mehan leads one of the most innovative urology practices in the region. He designed EVU with patients at the center, blending convenience, advanced technology, and wellness.
The EVU team offers expertise across the full spectrum of urology, including prostate, kidney, and bladder conditions, fertility, men’s health, and sexual health. In addition, EVU provides comprehensive women’s urologic care, with specialized treatment for recurrent urinary tract infections, overactive bladder, and urinary incontinence.
EVU is also actively involved in groundbreaking clinical trials for urinary tract infection therapies and advanced cancer treatments, ensuring patients have access to the latest innovations. The practice is a regional leader in vasectomy and vasectomy reversal, using modern, minimally invasive techniques to provide safe and effective care for men’s reproductive health.

We Love To Work & We Love Where We Work
We want to take a few moments to share with you some of our new, exciting changes. As you may already know, we’ve launched our NEW urology practice, EVU Center. The office is conveniently located just down the street from Banner Baywood Medical Center.
We designed this office from the ground up with input from our patients. We combined beautiful esthetics, cutting edge technology and an open concept design to create an innovative and welcoming environment where we can educate and continue to heal our patients. We’ve also expanded our services to create our Health and Wellness Center. We offer complete hormone replacement, multiple weight loss protocols, exercise and sports performance enhancement/recovery regimens, a full service erectile dysfunction clinic, Telemedicine for easier follow-up and CoolSculpting to freeze away fat with a non-surgical fat reduction treatment. This winter we will offer the MonaLisa Touch vaginal rejuvenation to help with vaginal discomfort, infections, and incontinence.
Over the last year we’ve also grown our family of providers. We’re celebrating the 1 year anniversary of Chris Morris joining us. Chris was born and raised in St. Johns, AZ and trained at the University of Iowa. He came to us with over 15 years of experience in providing excellent urologic care and is widely recognized as one of the best PA’s in the country. We’d also like to welcome Dr. Harpreet Wadhwa to our practice. He’s originally from India and raised in Ontario, Canada. He completed his undergraduate and medical studies at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He then completed a six year Urologic Surgery residency at University of Illinois at Chicago. We’re very excited to welcome Dr. Wadhwa into our family!
